In this integral position, the Manager Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasury is responsible for a broad range of forward financial management and treasury support, interfacing with key department managers throughout the company’s operations in Europe and Canada. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this newly created role will act as a business advisor/Financial leader to the business by increase shareholders value by designing and leading effective financial and business processes, and by providing timely insight into risk and opportunity with respect to future earnings and cash flow. This position also includes review and renewal of commercial insurance and risk management programs of the Company.
Qualifications:
- CA or equivalent accounting designation
- 5+ years in progressive FP&A experience
- Proven leadership abilities and experience
- Able to work within a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of functional linkages
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking/creative problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in financial modeling and advance working knowledge in MS Office products including Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Proven track record in effectively working independently and collaboratively within a group and across functional departments.
- Strong drive for data integrity, process definition, and organizational alignment.
- Highly motivated self-starter and enjoy working in a team environment
- Experience in manufacturing environment with MS Dynamics NAV will be an asset
- Flexible to travel internationally as needed
